Lisa grew up in Northern New Hampshire and fell in love with the Seacoast while attending UNH, where she earned a BS in Exercise Physiology. She later pursued her Master’s in Marketing at Southern New Hampshire University and has spent over a decade working with top brands in the outdoor and sports industries. With a strong background in marketing, brand strategy, and client relations, Lisa brings a fresh, strategic approach to real estate, ensuring every client receives exceptional service and innovative solutions.

In addition to her career in marketing and real estate, Lisa is a fitness enthusiast a owns a strength and conditioning gym with her husband on the Seacoast of New Hampshire. She’s passionate about helping individuals build strength, confidence, and longevity. A dedicated mom to her little boy and a proud dog mom of three, Lisa understands the importance of finding the perfect home for every stage of life. 

Michelle brings a creative eye and sharp attention to detail to every transaction. She has a BA in Graphic Design and a Minor in Marketing from Keene State College and has spent over two decades in the real estate industry. She has mastered the art of keeping deals on track and we would be lost without her!

As our Transaction Coordinator, Michelle works behind the scenes to handle every detail, ensuring a seamless process from the moment a Purchase & Sales Agreement is signed to the final Transfer of Title. Her organization, problem-solving skills, and dedication make her an invaluable asset in making your real estate experience stress-free.

Jennifer is devoted to her clients and is proud to bring human connection back to customer service in this digital age. She brings experience thriving as a classical musician and higher education admissions expert to her work in real estate where she leads with creative confidence and integrity.
Jennifer combines her knowledge of the area with an individualized approach that honors her commitment to the highest level of service. In addition, she is a passionate advocate for consumer education and empowerment through the research of Seacoast-specific real estate issues. She is the past host and creator of the Seacoast Home Crush Podcast.

A graduate of Northwestern University and the Eastman School of Music, Jennifer has triplet sons and can be found cheering them on in their diverse endeavors. She shares her passion for making music and for her family with her husband, Claude.

Cammy grew up in the outskirts of Boston in Revere, Massachusetts, just outside of Boston, and attended Endicott College in Beverly. With over 33 years of experience as a licensed realtor, Cammy has built a reputation for dedication, integrity, and client-focused service.

After raising her family in West Peabody, Cammy settled in Salisbury Beach and expanded her expertise by obtaining her New Hampshire real estate license, allowing her to better serve clients across state lines. Her commitment to putting clients first has helped her build lasting relationships, earning their trust, repeat business, and countless referrals.

Kaila Coffey is a dedicated real estate professional serving Maine and New Hampshire, deeply rooted in the Seacoast communities she knows and loves. Born in Portland, Maine and raised in North Hampton, New Hampshire, Kaila brings both local knowledge and genuine passion to every client relationship.

With over 15 years of experience in the financial industry—including 5 years in mortgages—Kaila offers a well-rounded, strategic perspective that sets her apart. Her background allows her to guide clients through the buying and selling process with a deeper understanding of financing, negotiations, and long-term investment value. Kaila also serves on the Board of Directors for the Seacoast Board of REALTORS®, where she is committed to supporting and advocating for her fellow industry professionals.

Outside of real estate, Kaila enjoys life with her husband Chris and their two sons, Koda and Cylas. Whether it’s time at the lake or beach, a quiet walk, painting, or simply being present with her family, she embraces the balance of hard work and meaningful moments.
